Terms & Conditions

Shipping: All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground, fully insured. At your request, BaynetDigital.com can ship Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day. Shipping charges are based on actual freight charges.
Please Note: UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day.

Warranty & Return Policy: Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items purchased with 30 days. Any items over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacture for repair if defective. New returns over 30 days are non returnable. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.

Payment Methods: Baynet Digital accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards payable in U.S. funds. Credit card payments will be charged when the merchandise is ordered. We do not accept COD orders.
Sales Tax: We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at BaynetDigital, except for deliveries within California. California deliveries are charged state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.
Electronic Waste Recycling Fee. The electronic waste-recycling fee applies to California consumers only. The fee applies to video display screens that measure more than four inches diagonally.
